Chef Izu's culinary journey began in London and led him to Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Spain. Chef Izu later moved to Dubai, where he elevated the dining scene with the most famous restaurants in the city.
Inspired by the culinary traditions of Southern Italy, and the love and nostalgia woven into the flavours of the region, Chef Izu Ani and his team, Executive Chef Francesco and Chef Oscar, is proud to helm the culinary operations of Piatti by the Beach.
